Insurance
We are in-network (INN) with Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Oscar, Optum, Oxford, and United Health Plan.
We also participate with Lyra Health, an employer-sponsored Employee Assistance Plan (EAP). Employers like Apple, Starbucks, Merck, Walmart, Morgan Stanley, United Airlines, Meta, Google, Bristol Myers Squibb, and many more participate with Lyra. You may be eligible for a set number of zero-copay visits through a participating EAP, so please check your benefits to see if you or your spouse’s company offers mental health services through Lyra.
Out of Network
If your insurance plan provides out-of-network (OON) mental health coverage, you may be able to submit invoices to receive reimbursement for a portion of the fees that you have paid for services. Reimbursement is typically made by your insurance provider directly to you once you have satisfied your deductible. We will provide you with a receipt which has all of the information your insurance company will require for you to submit for reimbursement. Please contact your insurance carrier to understand your insurance coverage and to find out if you have out-of-network (OON) benefits. Questions to ask include:
- What are my mental health benefits? (specifically, outpatient behavioral/mental health)
- How much is my deductible?
- How many outpatient mental health sessions per year does my plan cover?
- How much does my plan cover for out-of-network, outpatient mental health care?
Clients are financially responsible for services provided by out-of-network providers, which may be in excess of copayment, deductible, or coinsurance and those allowed by their health benefits plan.
Payment
We accept cash and all major credit cards as forms of payment for in-person sessions and insurance co-pays. For telehealth sessions, we accept all major credit cards. Payment is due at the time OON services are rendered.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a late cancellation or missed appointment fee..
