Our office is located in downtown Red Bank at 119 Maple Avenue on the corner of Reckless Place. Off street parking is available in the rear of the building. Please enter through the main front door to the first floor waiting area. Building Insight Counseling is in Suite 108; your therapist will come to greet you at the appointed session time.
We also offer telehealth sessions to Vermont and Florida residents.
